The growing popularity of CBD infused drinks has Coca-Cola considering a leap into the CBD market.

On Monday the company said they are "closely watching" the growth of DBD products. CBD is a marijuana component that is used to treat inflammation, pain,  and nausea. It does not have psychoactive effects (it won't get you high.)

The company has it's eye on Aurora Cannabis, a Canadian cannabis company, Bloomberg reports. Coca-Cola's confessed interest in Aurora Cannabis caused that company's stock to climb Monday.

Coca-Cola isn't the first beverage company to put a toe in the CBD trend. Diageo PLC, makers of Guinness, Heineken NV's Lagunitas and Molson Coors are already in talks with different cannabis companies.
